Registration is done via the event platform, which you can access by downloading the Innovation Week 2024 application or by visiting the website. Simply click the "sign up" button and follow the guidelines.

For both online and onsite participation in Innovation Week, there is a single registration form. When the maximum limit of onsite registrations is reached, it is only possible to register for the online activities.

You will need to indicate during registration whether you wish to participate solely online or in person.

No. Once you have registered for Innovation Week, you do not need to register for each activity. Subject to occupancy, admission to the activity rooms will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis.

If you indicate at the time of registration that you wish to participate in the activities only in a remote format, you will not be able to attend in person. Furthermore, in the event that the number of registrations for in-person events has been reached, you will not be permitted to take part onsite.

Yes. You can cancel your registration by sending an email to semanadeinovacao@enap.gov.br. You can also open a ticket directly to customer service through our platform. To do this, simply log in, click on your profile picture and click on "calls".

Only one registration per CPF or passport (for foreigners) is allowed.

Registration for the 2024 Innovation Week will open in August, and remain open until we reach the audience limit.

Please send an email to semanadeinovacao@enap.gov.br with your complete name, department, and any other information your department requires for a customized invitation.

The event will take place from 29 to 31 October 2024, in a hybrid format: onsite at Enap in Brasilia, and online via YouTube and Zoom.

Yes, participation in the event is totally free of charge.

Yes, as long as they are accompanied by their parents or legal guardians, youngsters under the age of 18 are welcome to take part.

Enap is the National School of Public Administration in Brazil, a foundation of the national government, subordinate to the Ministry of Management and Innovation in Public Services. The School’s founding goal was to transform the culture and the mental model of each public agent, with the mission of training and developing people capable of innovating, achieving results and benefiting society. For over thirty years, ENAP has been instrumental in fostering innovation in the public administration culture and equipping public agents and organizations to provide the services that the public needs.

ENAP parking lots will be partially closed to accommodate Innovation Week activities. Therefore, we highly advise using public transportation or ride-hailing services.

The registration of proposals for activities of the Innovation Week takes place through a Public Call, which this year was open between June 17 and July 15, 2024.

Yes, we value that all our activities may be accessible to everyone. Please be sure to indicate any special needs in the registration form so that we can set up the best possible infrastructure to accommodate them.

Yes! There will be a Children's Space during Innovation Week so that parents and guardians can participate in the activities without worrying.
